With a passion for website information architecture, user research, and user experience strategy, Joy heads up our team of online experts, which includes online strategists, designers, content developers, and programmers. And while her work life is definitely in the here and now (and future), she delves into the past as a volunteer tour guide for Indiana Landmarks. With Williams Randall since 2003, Joy is a former partner and lead web strategist at J. Walter Thompson in Detroit, where she directed the strategic development of all Ford Division websites.
